I know there are a ton.... I hit Buddha Bar last time and I liked it alot... Looking for something Upscale, with a great atmosphere, a place to see and be seen....Please advice me on some of the best New York City Restaurants?
The best dining to be had is in the sewers, where the blind albino alligators live. Once subdued, eat raw with barbecue sauce. Delicioussssss.Please advice me on some of the best New York City Restaurants?

I went to a great, more of a trendy Mexican restaurant in NYC. I believe it was called Centrico.
you are right, there are tons of great places. Try going to Soho or the village. Or try the meat packing district. These are always ';scenes'; and won't break your wallet.
