What are the best advice u give to a person when trying to save..but not really happening?

The clearer your question is to people reading it,

the more likely it is you'll get really good answers.

It鈥檚 often useful to provide additional information to

further clarify your question in the Details section.What are the best advice u give to a person when trying to save..but not really happening?
Trying to save money? Cut out the extras. Seriously. Eat out no more than once a week (this includes everything - lunch, dinner, ice cream, Starbucks - pick ONE, and do it only ONCE). Also, try a few meatless dinners a week, like spaghetti and marina - no meatballs, etc. If you aren't actually reading the newspaper every week, then cancel the subscription. Same for magazines. Stop buying books! Use the library instead. You can borrow videos there as well, so that's another money saver. Bundle your trips - go to the grocery, bank and gas station in on trip to save on gas mileage. Wash your car at home yourself. Buy clothes second hand or off the clearance rack - NEVER pay full price. Take advantage of the 0% apr on balance transfers, and move any credit card balances to those cards (just be SURE to pay them off before the 0% period is up).

Boy I hope that's what you were talking about, else I look pretty silly.What are the best advice u give to a person when trying to save..but not really happening?
You say, ';I tried my best, but now it's up to you.';
I tell them, ';I can't save you. You have to save yourself.';
Tough spot to be in, especially if you care about that person.

In the final analysis, we all have to save ourselves when we approach the abyss of personal crisis.

Some call it bottoming out, some call it the point of inspirational dissatisfaction. What ever one calls it, you have to get there yourself and finally WANT to change.

Family, friends, and loved ones can offer support...to a point, but no amount of logic, or rational explanation can compete with a problem that is embedded in that persons emotions.

Good luck, and hope your question is hypothetical.
