Please I need your advice, which are the best food to eat?

Salty food - not good for kidney


Meat 鈥?not good, has cholesterol


Seafoods 鈥?not good, too hot for sex


Vegetable 鈥?not good, boasting to high blood


Rice 鈥?not good, it has more carbohydrates


Please I need your advice, which are the best food to eat?
a little bit of everything..


Salty food- our cells need it, it is used for electrical signals in our body. It regulates water in our body


Meat- protein (not all meat contains high cholesterol infact shrimp has more cholesterol than chicken just avoid the skins),they are used in movement (muscles), mechanical support (bones) anti body, hormones, they mediate cell responses, etc.


Seafood- decrease your risk of heart attack, stroke, and hypertension, contains OMEGA 3 lowers our cholesterol.


Vegetable- brings PH into balance (acid/alkaline),help maintains blood pressure (potassium), reduce blood cholesterol (fiber), helps the body form red blood cells(folic acid), it has vitamins that are essential to our diet.


Rice- Carbs are the main source of fuel. Carbs is energy. Our brain requires carbs to function, and our muscles require carbs to support intense physical activity, such as bodybuilding. Getting enough carbs throughout the day is very important, as the liver glycogen is used up in about 18hrs when carbs aren't consumed.








The best thing to eat is little of everything. Balance diet. We need all those food to maintain good health.

If your tastebuds reject everything you mentioned, may I recommend you take ambrosia, panacea, waglangsia, butisia, samasia, sakinsia, sayosia, etc.
Boring.


Chicken fried steak with creamed potatoes with melted cheese in it covered with white cream gravy. Fried Okra on the side battered in corn mill cherry pie for desert with big scoop of vanilla ice cream melting on top.

filipino foods like kare-kare, pakbet (w/ bagnet syempre), palabok, halu-halo, sisig, chicken and pork adobo - maraming sarsa, litson manok, lumpiang sariwa, rellenong bangus, nilagang talong at kangkong w/ bagoong.
Drink water. 0 calories.
sizzling sisig, chicharon, lechon, crispy pata, ham (esp. chinese), balat ng manok, utak ng baboy, yagb*ls ng baka.
with the negative effects of the food you mentioned above, i think it's best not to eat anymore...
You've answered your own question. The best food to eat... is a well balanced diet.
